Qatar Operations Manager
Reporting to the Company Managing Director.
Job needs a combination of strong operational and financial skills, to direct the preparation and implementation of managerial plans and budgets based on the company goals.
You'll also be heavily involved in business development; bringing together operations, finance, human
resources, IT and engineering and provide leadership to all departments.
You will also be required to continuously enhance the organization structure, policies, procedures and processes.
You must be comfortably working with International Business contracting experience & ideally within Gulf region is preferable.
Requirements:
Candidates must hold an engineering B.Sc. Electrical /
Mechanical & minimum 12 – 15 years senior Contracting Management experience with minimum of 4 years in a managerial position.
• Any Nationality.
• NOC must be available.
